-Preparing legal tenancy agreements and lodging of bonds

Titanium - Our Premium Solution

Management fee of 10% plus GST

3-monthly property inspections inclusive

$5.00 plus GST monthly administration fee

-TradeMe listing upgraded to Feature Listing at no extra cost (value $90.00)

-Walk-through video tour and aerial drone footage showcasing the properties location to amenities and these videos get 498% more views online (value $299)

Whats does the management fee include?

-Establishing a fair current market rental

-Collection of rent payments and following up rent arrears

-Issuing appropriate notices of breach under the Tenancy Act where applicable

-Court representation if applicable 

- Liasing with tenants on all issues relating to the property on a day to day basis

- Completing maintenance requests

-Final inspections when tenants vacate, including updating of property condition report, chattels list and disbursement of bond funds

-Processing and payment of all accounts relating to the property

-Providing you with a record of your income and expenditure including an annual financial statement at the end of each financial year

-Paying any income to you either twice or once a month by direct credit with a statement

-The benefit of our local knowledge and experience
