One thing Chris does is 'Think Differently' and this shines through in everything Feron Property does, from the innovation of drone technology to our World Class Service Experience to our out of the box marketing style and the little "WOW's we create each day for our customers, Chris drives the team to look at everything we do through our customers lens and to be an animated not automated business-that means people dealing with people in a vibrant mannerism that shows grace, compassion and interest.
Chris has been to Massey University's School of Aviation to study Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems and has completed his Pilot Wings Qualification through Fly UAV and is Feron Property's Chief Pilot and the person who does all the companies aerial marketing and inspections, and has ensured Feron Property has become Civil Aviation Authority Part 102 Unmanned Aircraft Operator Certificate holder, the first and only New Zealand Property Management to do so.
Chris is proud of the Feron Property Team and our achievements becoming Leading Property Managers of New Zealand Multi-Award Finalists the only Taranaki Property Management Company to achieve this.
Professionally qualifed holder of New Zealand Certificate in Residential Property Management (level 4).
Outside of work Chris loves aviation, cricket and is a real green fingers and along with Angela have a really stunning garden they wish to showcase in Garden Festival.
Asset Manager / Corporate Support
Angela is the backbone of our administration ensuring the smooth running of our systems and all that goes on backstage, Angela is also as Asset Manager and manages a small portfolio of properties.
Currently Angela is studying towards her New Zealand Residential Level 4 Property Managers Certificate which means she will be a professionally qualified property manager.
In 2016 Angela was a Finalist in Leading Property Managers of New Zealand Awards for Corporate Support and this is an outstanding achievement.

Outside of work Angela loves her nana naps, spending time with her children Benji and Katie and the family dog Belle, Angela loves rugby, cricket and is not a green fingers in the garden.
